Art Class Registration Form

Please complete the form below and select your class from the drop down menus provided. If you are paying through PayPal, you will also need to select your class from the drop down on the right side of this page which will take you to PayPal to complete your transaction.

***You are responsible for reading the mill art center registration and cancellation policy -

please read carefully. By REGISTERING for a class or workshop you agree to our registration and cancellation policy and understand our refund policy if applicable.

In order to reserve a space in a class or workshop at The Mill Art Center you must pay in full. You may do this by registering online below or by mailing us a check made out to the Mill Art Center. Our mailing address is 61 N. Main St Honeoye Falls, NY 14472.

Our cancellation policy is such that a 15% fee will be deducted from any refund given up to one week prior to the start of the class or workshop. NO Refund will be given for a cancellation made the week prior to the start of the class or workshop.

In the event that you have registered for a class or workshop and it is cancelled, you will be reimbursed fully.

Our Prorated Fee Policy

The Mill Art Center will prorate a class fee only if the instructor is in agreement. The prorated fee is such that 50% of the cost of the missed class will be paid for by the student. For example: if a 3 day class costs $300, and a student plans to attend two days, the tuition cost is prorated to $250.
