Donna Gustina’s Sign Your Art! and Beginning Watercolor classes

Donna teaches two watercolor classes, both for beginners or for people wanting a refresher course. Sign Your Art! is for the deaf and hard of hearing community who are fluent in ASL. Beginning Watercolor is for the hearing community. Both have been taught online during the pandemic.

Donna will resume in-person classes in the fall!

Stu Chait’s WATERCOLOR: A NON-TRADITIONAL APPROACH

Stu’s workshop is based on a wet on wet approach using tube type watercolors. Noted and award winning abstract watercolorist, Stu Chait brings an innovative approach and unique mindfulness process to learning how to work with watercolors.

Class Dates: 2 Saturdays, July 10th & 17th from 10am - 2:30pm

Bill Stephen's Sketchbook: Nature-Based Theme Development & Journaling Class

In your sketchbook, you have a place to develop your ideas, and journal while tapping into your imagination. Bill provides guided exercises and prompts help to inspire you along the way.

Class Dates: Two separate class sessions - Wednesday July 14th and/or Wednesday, August 18th - 6pm - 8pm each session

Independent Study with Melissa Mihalyov

Melissa Mihalyov is available for private instruction in watercolor.

Independent Study with Denise Heischman

Denise Heischman is an instructor for painting and drawing. Denise cultivates an incredible learning opportunity working with people on an individual basis as well as in classes. Look for new Fall dates to be posted soon.

Lanna Pejovic’s Paint in any Medium Class

Denise Heischman will be continuing Lanna’s classes with several sessions during the summer months and Lanna will pick up with regular classes again in September.

Lanna Pejovic’s Painting in Acrylic or Oils Class

Expert instruction for all levels in oil and acrylics. Students will use still life or reference materials to explore color, design and composition, or you may work on your individual projects. Bring your canvas and painting supplies.

Lanna’s classes will return in September!

Class dates with Denise Heischman: July 7, 14, 28 and August 4 and 25th from 9:30-12:30

Kathryn Bevier’s Encaustic Printmaking Class

Want to learn explore Printmaking using encaustic paints? All levels welcome, all materials supplied. This workshop is a great way to loosen up and let go of control.

Class dates: Saturday August 7th

Maureen McMahon’s Children’s Classes
